This is our second individual assignment whereas we have to manage to secure an accounting related position at Sintok MegaMall. We are given the task with following question:
Assume that you
manage to secure an accounting related position at Sintok MegaMall. This
company has 11 staff in various positions. The company decides to give bonuses
to all employees and you are responsible to create a spreadsheet to show the
amount of bonuses that will be received by everybody. The bonus amount will be
based on the following categories.
Category 1 - (Those who pay is RM1000 and below will
get total bonus of RM2,000.00 + 75% of
their base salary)
Category 2 - (Those who pay is RM1001 – RM5000 will
get total bonus of RM2,000.00 + 50% of
their base salary)
Category 3 - (Those who pay is RM5001 and above will
get total bonus of RM2,000.00 + 25% of
their base salary)
